After several years of research at the Fraunhofer Center for Responsible Research and Innovation (CeRRI), she takes on the role of lateral thinker at YOUSE. Angelika is able to encourage and inspire people. She combines methods from classical social research with methods from design and has learned to ask the right questions. With her expertise and experience in the conception and moderation of innovation and creative workshops, she never runs out of ideas. Her interest in technology acceptance and ethical issues led her into the world of human-machine collaboration, which she has not let loose until today.

She has been running YOUSE Munich since 2014 and supports the individual talents and characters of her team. Previously, Cornelia was a lecturer at the Business School Potsdam in the field of neuropsychology and at the University of Applied Sciences Landshut in the field of usability in medical technology. At the University of the Federal Armed Forces she researched emotion recognition for robots. Gudrun is a qualified special education teacher, is always good-humoured and is the contact person at YOUSE in all questions about our user panel. She accompanies projects and user studies and uses her communicative, creative and organizational talent, so that our exciting usability tests remain in positive memory for all those involved. In addition, she is responsible for press relations. Gudrun draws on extensive professional experience: she worked for many years in a large social association and in the German Bundestag. There she dealt intensively with social policy and the topics of Generation Plus. Beate founded the Rehaklinik Lübben, a specialist clinic for orthopedics and oncology as managing partner. She is currently responsible for the YOUSE Change & Implementation division and is active in strategy consulting and the accompaniment of transformation processes. Susann is a technology sociologist and has been responsible at YOUSE for more than six years for the acquisition, planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative social science studies. She specializes in the conception and implementation of study designs according to the mixed methods principle. Susann directs and coordinates international studies and application procedures in the field of scientific research and industry for user acceptance and inclusion. She burns for the topics of robotics, Industry 4.0 and Smart City, is an almost inexhaustible source of ideas and integrates new methods and perspectives into our team.
