Robots have the potential to make our lives safer, healthier and more comfortable - but only if the wishes and fears of users are always in the foregroundare during the development process. But how should a robot be designed, what should it be able to do (not to do) and how should it behave?
YOUSE develops and accompanies the entire user-centered innovation process - from the analysis of the daily routine of users, on the implementation of field tests in Italian villages and Swedish housing facilities, to the development of marketing approaches.
The robot family has features that offer real added value, without replacing the social fabric - e.g. supporting care at the bedside. Apart from the extremely simple operation the "friendly" nature ensures a high level of acceptance.
